WHO DIED THE 11TH OF SEPTR 1814
AGED 74 YEARS
THIS MONUMENT IS ERECTED PURSUANT TO THE
WILL OF THE SAID KATHERINE AYNSWORTH, WHO
THEREBY ALSO BEQUEATHED TO THE CHURCHWAR-
DENS OF THIS PARISH, AND THEIR SUCCESSORS FOR-
EVER A TRIENNIAL SUM OF TWENTY FIVE SHILLINGS
TO BE PAID ON THE LAST DAY OF EVERY THIRD
YEAR FROM THE TIME OF HER DECEASE, FOUR FIFTH
PARTS OF WHICH ARE TO BE APPLIED IN KEEPING
THIS MONUMENT IN GOOD REPAIR AND THE RESIDUE
RETAINED BY THEM FOR THEIR TROUBLE THEREIN
